I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say drugs were involved

A man was fatally shot Sunday after he stabbed a police officer in the throat and bludgeoned his teenage son with a rock, authorities in Arkansas said.

    The paid Administrative leave is so he does not have to use sick leave to recover. least I hope that is the case.
