It's all how you word it
President Joe Biden has an approval rating of 42 percent and a disapproval rating of 52 percent, according to the results of the latest Gallup poll released on Friday. Biden's total third quarter approval rating, for July 20-October 19, was at 44.7 percent, down 11 points from his first quarter rating. Jeffrey M. Jones in his write-up for Gallup acknowledges that the "decline is larger than any prior president registered between his first and third quarters," yet he still chose to go with a headline highlighting how "Biden Job Approval Steady at Lower Level."

Town Hall is behind the times. This week there's a report out there that Xiden's approval rating is in the high 30's. I can't remember where I saw that. I just looked at Real Clear's current number, not that you can you believe them either, they have Xiden at 45.2% approval.
ReplyDeleteSo with gasoline prices averaging $3.386 in the USA today, according to GasBuddy, up from $2.14 a year ago, a 60% increase in 10 months, and with a constant barrage of news of merchandise and grocery shortages, skyrocketing prices for those items and people losing their jobs due to the illegal clot shot mandate, Xiden's approval rating is in the 40's? But Xiden did get 81M votes, most ever in a Presidential election by a lot, according to him, so I guess that approval rating must be real.
Trump was doing better at this stage of his Presidency and, according to the MSM, everyone hated him. So there's that.

The polls are often part of the propaganda narrative. They're how they keep the people believing in 50/50 political "contests" until they install their choice in the end.

I'm still waiting for my call from Gallup...as is everyone I know. Gotta wonder who they're asking beyond the Democrat staffers in DC, welfare recipients in the big cities (assuming they'll respond, of course) or the Chinese spies in Eric Swallwell's office...
