    The Ruskies had a "thing" for seaplanes like that. A quick web search suggests this could be a Be-200 from Beriev. Anyone out there to confirm? Bueller? Beuller?

    It's a Rooskie Beriev Be-200 Altair. Nominal capacity 3,200 gallons H2O.

    How much you wanna bet the pilot was waving at them as he went by?

    Call me crazy but I get the impression that the boat operator here has caused a seaplane that was attempting a "landing" to perform an emergency abort and the helicopter at the end was there to bust them.
