I landed in the bed of a truck once in a motorcycle wreck one. I was wearing a helmet though. I was flash- knocked out for a few seconds. When I woke up after bouncing my head off the spare tire the driver had gotten out and had his hands cupped trying to see through my face shield. Scared the crap out of me. Not literally.
The Russian judge gave him only 6 points for style, but 10 points for surviving.
