#3 - My cousin got married a little less than a year before I did, and our wedding was the next one in up our family. When his bride threw the bouquet, all the girls held back so my fiance' could catch it. When it came time for my cousin to toss the garter the same thing was supposed to happen, and it did, except for his youngest brother who didn't get the word and apparently thought it was some kind of sports contest. Here I am standing right out in front as my 15 year old cousin does this sideways leaping catch in mid-air and snatches the garter. I wasn't mad, I was laughing my ass off, because he really had no idea what he was now supposed to do with my fiance'. And boy, did she play it up and embarrass the living shit out of him. His face was so red when she sat down in the chair with her skirt hiked up and planted her high heel on his thigh. The howling laughter and shouts of "higher... HIGHER!!" just added to the poor kid's embarrassment. Somewhere in my house is the photo album with the pictures. Now I'll have to try and find them.
Also concerning #4: My wife's grandmother has a little ankle biter. Not a bad dog - just stupid hyper and overly friendly. Annoys me to no end with the constant jumping and licking. If I'm wearing sandals; Tinker Bell will lick clean whatever I might possibly have picked-up on my exposed toes. Sometimes I "pick-up" a little hot sauce and she quits bugging me for awhile. I guess she doesn't like spicy food as much as I do.
