The Internal Revenue Service has announced that the income thresholds for tax brackets will be higher in 2022 because of the pace of inflation.
It is common for the tax agency to announce an adjustment to tax brackets each year to reflect increasing consumer prices.
Hello, McFly, that is good for those who earn money and pay taxes.
ReplyDeleteOk. Irs still hasn't even processed our return for 2019.
ReplyDeleteCalled several times.
In addition it will be rejected when processed because a child we have custody of was claimed by someone who did not have her, and all stimulus payments were received by them.

OK I am confused. Isn't that a good thing? Or is it not good enough?
ReplyDeleteSorry, I meant to change the caption after I read the article and before I posted it.

ReplyDeleteSo, up until the Buydem regime took over, wages for most everyone were rising while taxes were cut under Trump. Now, with less spending power due to inflation caused by all of the "new" policies imposed by the Buydem regime, the same .gov wants more of your worth less $ in taxes. Makes sense to me. You just can't make this stuff up.

ReplyDeleteMotherfuckers still owe us $2k from last year.
ReplyDeleteIt wouldn't be so bad if they weren't so incompetent and corrupt.
Are you sure you want a competent and efficient government? They're really only good a a few things, and none of them are good for us peasants.
DeleteAnd don’t forget the Biden administration wants to hire 87,000 more IRS agents. What a shit show.
