Don't worry, nobody was hurt - it was an NYPD cop

The NYPD confirms the arrest of 45-year-old Sergeant Raymond Wong on Monday. He was off-duty at the time.

  4. His nypd record shows several allegations of 'Abuse Of Authority'.
Investigators found the complainants were justified, in their words -- 'substantiated'.
    Punishment -- counseling.

  5. I'm kinda surprised he didn't kill the waitress. We are talking a NYC cop and they tend to shoot innocent bystanders more often than not.
