I'm going to guess he stumbled on a pot patch

MENDOCINO, Calif. — Human remains found in a remote Northern California forest last year have been identified as those belonging to a man reported missing for more than 15 years, authorities said Saturday.

  1. Could be foul play....could be he just got lost.....could be he had a heart attack out in BFE and dropped dead. Will be a challenge for the ME to assign an accurate cause of death.

  2. The ME said no foul play so maybe he just wasn't feeling right and sat down. Forever. Not a bad way to go.

Better than being warehoused in a wheelchair, stoned out on some shit. I've seen them lined up in the halls when I've visited older friends/family and it's not good.

  3. I've known more than a few folks who boobytrap the garden. All that work and then to have some A-hole take it all. Ohio Guy

  4. Northern California seems to be home to a lot of people who like collecting prom dates for Valhalla, too. Might have found someone's private, unofficial, by-invite-only cemetery.
