Just to show you how fucked up our supply system is...

The diesel shortages cropping up at around a dozen truck stops in Ohio and the Southwest have set back truckers during an unprecedented supply chain crisis, but the root causes remain something of a mystery, even to those in the fuel-hauling industry.

John Henderson, who owns Nemo Freight LLC, a Midwest small fleet fuel hauler, said his business has no problem sourcing diesel fuel in the region, and that while sometimes finding available drivers isn't easy, he doubts a so-called "driver shortage" would cause such trouble for the big chain truck stops.

  1. Best guess: Pipelines. If the incoming raw stock is limited in the Northern Tier, there will be a cascade of shortages. Rather than open the lines or allow fracking, Brandon is babbling about tapping the "Strategic Resereve". Thus it is a manufactured shortage due to the meddling over the Climate Change Fantasy. Most Lefties don't have a clue but "someone" has figured out a way to skim the take. They played that game in the Ukraine as I recall.

  2. Looks like America needs to have a little in-person class-action discussion with Brandon’s handlers.

  4. Bidet IS tapping the Strategic Petroleum Reserve.
Only problem is that he is selling the oil (at least three tankers worth) to "Asia", and probably to his butt-buddy Xi.

  6. The press-release uses a variation of the term 'root-cause'.
A couple-three weeks ago, I heard that American vice president gal use the term 'root-cause'.
    .
How is a 'root-cause' different from a regular cause?
