The judge in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial banned NBC News from the courthouse Thursday after he said a person who identified himself as a producer was caught trying to photograph jurors.
Kenosha police said earlier Thursday morning that a person was taken into custody after being suspected of trying to photograph jurors.

That is shameful and an attempt to impact the verdict towards guilty and I hope he rots in prison for a long time.
ReplyDeleteA media person should not be within 10 miles of the jury
ReplyDeleteWhy?
DeleteFake news.
ReplyDeletePelosi has easier ways to get the name and addresses and photos of the jury members.
The purpose is to let them know that they are being tracked. The tracking itself is irrelevant.
DeleteTaken into custody means nothing if they aren't charged, tried and punished.
ReplyDeleteIt's time for these Fkrs to start looking over Their shoulders every time they go out.
ReplyDeleteThe leftists and media are trying to create a situation where they will get the verdict they want or the second coming of the burn, loot, murder saga will begin. It's jury tampering, jury intimidation and interference in a court proceedings.
ReplyDeleteKyle is innocent of all charges and this whole clown show should result in jury nullification for lack of standing due to him having committed no crimes
The state, city and this prosecution team on the other hand should be jailed for false allegations, withholding evidence and contempt of court

...and his boss at MSNBC "allegedly" ordered him to do it.
ReplyDeleteNow MSNBC is claiming in their statement that this James "Jim" Morrison is a "free-lance reporter". MSNBC doing what they always do. Denying culpability.
Once the news of the arrest and connection to MSNBC was announced by the judge, the person who "allegedly" gave the order to follow the jury bus and photograph the jurors immediately deleted her Twatter and LinkedIn accounts.

Rittenhouse could be the switch. They tried to make Floyd the switch but no one believed them. They tried with Trayvon but did not get a conviction then either. They put Kyle in the slammer and I will have less safeties on.
ReplyDeleteCharge that asshole with jury intimidation, conspiracy to obstruct justice, and being an asshat. That last charge should carry a mandatory death penalty.
ReplyDelete(((they))) are protected
Deletel am stunned how msnbc get the mutt who testified, "yes l had a gun, yes l aimed it at the defendant, yes that picture shows me holding it and pointing it as my bicept get vaporized". then that same night says "l was unarmed when he shot me" and nobody gets busted for out right lieing, this is just so wrong.
ReplyDeleteIf you're on the correct side, there are no consequences for anything.
DeleteSo this is fuckery 8 or 9 by this point in the trial, & at least jury fuckery #2. How this hasn’t been declared a mistrial by this point is beyond me.
ReplyDeleteI get it, the judge wants the jury decision either way & not have to make a ruling from the bench that potentially ends his career & endangers his family, but FFS. I think a commie media outlet interfering with the jury should not only be the last straw but should also result in serious fuck-you-for-life charges for every msnbc employee involved along with dismissed with prejudice.
He's said a few times the motions for a mistrial are still under consideration. I've got a feeling that he'll use that to overturn the verdict if Kyle's found guilty.
DeleteAfter watching hours of the trial, I get the impression the judge isn't easily intimidated.
"How this hasn’t been declared a mistrial by this point is beyond me."
DeleteIf there's an acquittal, a mistrial is unnecessary. If he is convicted of anything, then mistrial comes into the equation.
MSNBC... Like cnn, npr, abc, nbc, msn, cbs, netflix, yahoo, democrats are not going to hang the jury if it is not a guilty verdict
ReplyDeleteAlso, Jim Morrison? Wasn't the the front man for the doors? Would bet his name isn't really that.
