Oh, this is going to be good...

Ghislaine Maxwell is prepared to take the witness stand in an effort ‘to save her own life’, The Mail on Sunday can reveal.

The 59-year-old says she ‘will do whatever it takes’ to clear her name at her trial, which begins in New York tomorrow.

A source close to Ms Maxwell, who faces life in prison if convicted of child sex and trafficking charges, said: ‘Ghislaine is absolutely prepared to take the stand. She is prepared to do whatever it takes to save her own life.

  1. Isn't there a gag order or something like that on this trial? I read elsewhere that the judge was nominated by Schumer & Biden only a week or so ago and kicked the press out just a day or two ago.

  2. The prosecutor is James Comey's daughter. I'm sure that doesn't mean anything and it's all on the up and up.

    2. Sad to report that the poster "MrGarabaldi" was found dead tomorrow in his home. He took his own life by shooting himself twice in the back of his head, while jumping to his death from the roof of his building.

    3. Nah. She's got an insurance policy, something like a world-wide Wiki dump of all her clients, how much, how many, how young etc.

Remember how little time Epstein lasted in jail. And she's been in for a year or so. She's got dirt, major dirt and her death will end everything.

So, instead, she'll go through the process, get minimal time in a minimal security facility, and come out and go right back to living off of all her money.

She has supportive family and friends. Epstein just had people who wanted him gone.

  7. The trial is open to the public as all Federal trials are. Likewise, there is no televised coverage. The media is allowed in, but with absolutely no electronic equipment, just pen / paper - all standard for Federal trials. Audio coverage is available, you can dial in and hear it live. The judge was nominated but is not yet confirmed, but with the limitations on evidence and the constraints on topics, and the carrot dangling in front of the judge if she plays ball, yeah it's corrupt as hell.

  8. Meh. This will have all the drama as the Durham investigation, and all the impact of the Mueller investigation. All we'll really know is that Jeffrey Epstein didn't commit suicide.

  11. I'm bustin' a gut laughing at all of the comments above.

I had money that she would conveniently expire before the trial started. Looks like I lost that one. Now, I'm thinking that, as she mentions the Clintons, she'll be found dead by her own hand, like Epstein didn't kill himself.
