Oh yeah, you're a real hardass, all right

RIVERSIDE, Calif. — A Southern California man who fatally tortured a Chihuahua puppy and posted a video about it online was sentenced Monday to two years in federal prison.

Angel Ramos-Corrales, 19, of Riverside was sentenced for a February assault during which he brutalized his 4-month-old puppy named Canelo, breaking its skull and ribs, according to a statement from the U.S. attorney's office.

"The dog's injuries caused it to continuously fall headfirst, and Ramos-Corrales recorded a video of the injured puppy and posted it on his Instagram account," the statement said.

  1. I do hope his fellow inmates treat him the same way.

  2. What a piece of shit this guy is. Couldn’t or wouldn’t find it a loving home. Then the gall to post his evil. Hopefully someone will at least beat his ass!

  3. People who torture animals are monsters in their own right, but also frequently become serial killers. Simple solution -remove them from the gene pool permanently.

    1. That's exactly what I noticed. There's NO WAY the constitution gives the feds any authority over puppy torture. If murder (and by extension torturing someone to death) is a state crime? This makes no damn sense at all.

    2. He posted a video of it online and the transmission of the video crossed state lines.
I suspect this is the law he was charged under: https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/48

    3. After being released on his own recognizance by the local agencies the fed filed charges.

"A federal criminal complaint filed Friday charges him with animal crushing, a federal crime of purposely subjecting certain types of animals to serious bodily injury not related to hunting or other lawful activity, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office."

    4. That is a rhetorical question. The Federal government have no business this matter whatsoever. Unless this crime occur in federal properties it is none of the federal government. It crime occurred in the state and that state along have sole power to decide.

Federal communications laws are a piece of shit the federal government to reach where it don't belong.

  6. The guy is a useless piece of shit and deserves more than two years but if cursing a dying dog is figured into his sentencing, gotta wonder what he’d have got if it had been a real dog?

  9. Feel free to rebuke me on this. I don't like Chihuahuas, but this motherfucker should be skinned alive, dipped in salt, and set on fire feet first and slowly working upwards.

  11. FraudFauci's preferred means of torture included removing the dogs’ vocal cords, so scientists could work without incessant barking. He still is employed as the highest paid in the FedGov.
