#2 Couple weeks ago a hen had a clutch of 17. Unfortunately we have cows and scraping slots. She's down to 3. Another clutch of 6 on different hen. Dumb as a box of rocks when it comes to moving out of the way of slow moving feeding tractor. #3 Is that proper form for knees & back? Maybe she's already had knee replacement, so Yes it is! Jerry
#3 looks about 280 pounds, including hex bar. As a 'senior' deadlifter, myself, her form makes my lumbar ache. But I admire her spirit. You go, grandma!
I never lifted the heavy stuff. However, I was a gym rat for years. I almost said man she is not using proper form but didn't. I was waiting for her back to blow out.
#4 was the back way to Albuquerque?
