Talk about a booming business

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) - On Wednesday, a Horse Cave man was sentenced to serve 82 months in federal prison.

Brandon Wayne Parker, age 41, of Horse Cave, admitted in his plea agreement that he stole around 335 firearms from Master Pawn between November 2016 and August 22, 2018. He also admitted that he provided false information on ATF Forms 4473 by entering identification information of legitimate purchasers, without their knowledge, to fraudulently obtain and steal the firearms. An ATF Form 4473 is required to be filled out to purchase a firearm from a federally licensed firearms dealer.

    1. Yup, to commercially buy, sell or transfer firearms, you need that FFL from ATF.

  2. shall not be infringed means that I should be able to walk into any gun store and buy any fucking weapon I want including full auto rifles and walk out of there with no more paperwork than a receipt.

I don't need a reason, I don't need to be at the whim of some local bureaucrat, all I should need is the cash to buy it.

The very same reasoning that TPTB used to pass the unConstitutional NFA in 1934 are the same bullshit they use now, that is, for our safety because of all of the bad men out there.

Thanks for making my point ATF.
