Tennessee officer kills combative man in emergency room

JACKSON, Tenn. (AP) — A Tennessee police officer fatally shot a man who was being combative inside a hospital emergency room, authorities said.

    The level of incivility right now is off the chart. Everything you read about in restaurants and airplanes, multiply it. Drug seeking patient who shoved me into a wall a few weeks ago brought a gun in with her the other day.
    And we have no metal detectors, the cameras are dummies, 3/4 of our security guards quit. But we do have those helpful gun free zone signs everywhere.
    I'm looking for other work.

      You mean to tell me the GFZ signs don't magickally stop people from bringing in guns?
