Three and a half years.....

WASHINGTON, Nov 10 (Reuters) - A former mixed martial artist filmed punching a police officer during the deadly Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol received a 41-month prison sentence on Wednesday, the stiffest punishment yet in the almost 700 criminal cases stemming from the siege.

U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth cited the seriousness of New Jersey gym owner Scott Fairlamb's conduct when he sentenced him. Fairlamb was captured screaming at officers by their body-worn cameras before shoving one and then punching him in the face and pleaded guilty in August.

  1. "Deadly Jan.6 attack on the U.S. Capitol"? Which deadly attack was that?

  2. "A Capitol Police officer who had been attacked by protesters died the day after the riot and four police officers who took part in the defense of the Capitol later took their own lives. "

And your point was? Since none of those deaths were at the hands of protestors, and no protestors have been charged, or even accused? Tell the truth much?

  3. 15 Used to be a man would do his work and not worry about getting his hands dirty. Now a days they glove up like they are a brain surgeon getting ready to tickle the synapses.

  4. I heard they had converted the National Mall into a Cemetery for all the Law Enforcement Officers killed that day.

    1. When will we have a January 6th wall? It'll be a massive 1 foot slash with a fire extinguisher image and captioned "Alleged murder weapon Trump personally used to massacre heroic Capitol Defense Forces." Sad thing is, more Capitol Police have been killed in the line of duty than you'd think. This "deadly attack" narrative takes a dump on their graves.
