Damn, did she think she was in Memphis or what?

HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — A woman arrested Friday morning is accused of wearing a ballistic vest and carrying a handgun on elementary school property. 

Police were called to Lakeside Park Elementary around 10:25 a.m. Friday after receiving reports of a woman wearing a ballistic vest outside of the school. When officers arrived, a school administrator identified the woman as Kerrie Foster, a parent to one of the students.
