A day that will live in infamy, but nobody seems to care anymore. Oh I could go on and on about this, like why Hirohito wasn't tried as a war criminal and so many other topics.
My dad and all my uncles but 2 fought in Europe during WW2, 1 was in the Navy and fought in the Pacific Theater and one was too old to go. Much love, honor and respect to all who stepped up and did what they had to do. Resp in Peace to all those warriors. JD
Had a friend that went to Hawaii a few months ago. While he was at the Arizona memorial a team of divers was taking down the remains of another veteran to place them with his comrades-in-arms. Apparently that's not an unusual request from men who served in Pearl on that day.
