    There are a lot of rounds that look and perform roughly like that. Best guess is a AT4 HEAT round - shaped charge.

    Must be nice to be able to blow off/up a perfectly good dump box on a perfectly good tandem parts truck that usn's would give our left nut for outn' here in the hinterlands.... Couldn't they use a dozen or so stacked smartcars for their target? Shit.... chances are the Ford had a Cummins 350 in it.
