KEY WEST, Fla. – Two sheriff’s deputies have been suspended after they were arrested for an off-duty brawl with U.S. sailors in Key West early Saturday, leaving one of the sailors injured, officials said.

  1. Damn, in Norfolk and other places, we had to worry about the cops beating us up! My Dad told me Clarksville was the same way with the 101st in the 60s. Times change, I reckon.

    1. Actually, they were pretty decent. Nobody fucked with them though because back then the Red Army Faction and a couple other terrorist gangs were still active, and anytime the Polizei got out of their cars, they were carrying SMGs. Nothing says you mean business like an Uzi.

  2. Sailor/deputy brawl, glad to see somebody is keeping up traditions. My sister-in-law's brother was about to be cornered in Germany by three GTRs when a polizei car drove up and discharged two officers, Uzis and all. The po-leece said to the GTRs, "We do not want to shoot you." GTRs went away.
