Damn, how big was that butt?

An Alabama woman has filed a class-action lawsuit against Walmart, claiming the giant retailer’s requirement for wearing uniform pants discriminates against women.

  2. Per the article - “It’s not a lot of money, but if you’re making the women pay it and not making the men pay it, that’s not fair,” Artrip told the news outlet. “The law requires that people be treated equally. It doesn’t require Walmart to pay for the uniforms. But what it does require is (that) Walmart treat the men and the women the same and that’s all we’re asking for.”

If true, Walmart has already lost and will pay a heavier cost than just treating everyone equally.

  3. A picture of said driver would have helped immensely.....and immensely seems like the required word for those pants.

  4. According to the article, pants are provided by Walmart and those are laundered. It also says employees can buy their own as long as it fits into the criteria of Walmart guidelines.
So I know lawyers will sue for anything because they are bottom feeding scum but I fail to see a case here. If you wear the uniform they provide they launder if you provide your own they don't, there's no wording that discriminates against anyone.
More bullshit in this sue crazy country
