An elderly Asian American man who was attacked two years ago in San Francisco and left with PTSD is suing the city's District Attorney's Office over allegedly mishandling his case.

I could never figure out the angle with "black on asian violence".....Is it due to the chinks showing black folks that, "yes, you can pull yourself up by your boot straps...put some effort into it"?
Yes, that's part of it. Asians disprove the professional victimhood narrative that "I'm a fucked up mess entirely because society be rayciss en shit." But also Asians tend to be shorter and less muscular, and therefore make natural targets of opportunity for stupid people (with shitty impulse control) just out minding dey own bidness looking for someone easy to push around for giggles.
