Shooting your target with a kid in the car is not being savage- that’s freaking rabies and the only cure for rabies is to put that animal down. But if there is a Soros DA that animal will be back on the street before the ink on his court docs are dry. Going back to the Italian mob motif… Dutch Schultz went all rabies/animal mode and his own team put him down. Lets see if the Hip/Hop scene in Miami can step up their game.
Even when I was dealing drugs, if I saw somebody I had a beef with and he had his family with him, he got a pass. You don't fuck with a man's family and you don't put him down in front of his children.
