  1. They've got more money than they have sense. How much ammo (and money) was wasted on that Mad Minute, anyway? And of course, not a single one of these joggers ever considered where those rounds were coming down. I would call this the "lighter side of living in the hood."

  5. Knew a retired LA sheriff, he said at 1145pm on NY's eves, they drove their cars under over passes until the live fire stopped. Never knew where the bullets landed.

  8. Living in New Orleans for a time; this would happen every year in certain sections of town. The news would then be full of stories of gunshot wounds of the innocent receiving free ER care. The NAPA will never be civilized by the White man's standards.

  10. IIRC, that's a wedding tradition in some countries. African ones, of course. A few people are killed every year when the bullets come down in random places, of course. But if you're not firing off a bunch of shots you're a wimp, and that sort of reputation will get you killed later on.

    No surprise that so many people think the US is a better place to be. Tribal living sucks.
