We need Common Sense Appliance Control, no two ways about it

GARFIELD COUNTY, Okla. (KFOR) – A Garfield County woman is facing charges for allegedly attacking her neighbor with a clothing iron.

On the evening of Jan. 4, the Enid Police Department was called to an apartment building on the 200 block of South 20th Street because a woman reported that a man in the building had an arrest warrant and wanted to turn himself in.

Earlier this week I posted a story about somebody getting clocked with a hair dryer, and now this.
When, oh when, is the violence going to end?

  1. You can count on the fact that there will soon be a legal disclaimer on irons and dryers to "not hit anyone".
And of course, new iron and dryer control laws.
That then will end all violence.

  2. the only solution is control of household appliances -- maybe licensing, training classes. etc.

  3. I hope this kind of violence never ends. It's too entertaining!
