SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Authorities arrested a man accused of lighting a fire on the roof of a two-story building and then climbing a utility pole in Sacramento Wednesday evening, police said.
See, the problem was that they shut off the power to that pole. This was a self correcting problem that they interfered with. Now we are going to have to pay to have him incarcerated, tried and most likely treated, which will do nothing, since once he gets out he start misbehaving again.
The 15 minutes of fame don't come cheap.
