SAN DIEGO COUNTY, Calif. - Three suspects were busted in connection to a retail crime ring on Monday. The suspects were accused of stealing thousands of dollars in lingerie items.
The California Highway Patrol recovered 329 lingerie items, valued at more than $16,000. The underwear were allegedly stolen from Victoria's Secret and Pink stores in malls across California.

This shit happens to VS all over the country. They probably get robbed more than MetroPCS. Some stores get hit 2 or 3 times a month. That stuff probably costs them a dollar or 2 to manufacture in some 3rd world shithole, they sell a bra for maybe 25 or 30, and if they get robbed, their insurance pays off the retail price.
So, if each store loses less than $995 per individual shoplifter, is it still the slap in the wrist equivalent of a jaywalking ticket?
