“It’s called pain compliance, sir!”

Yuba City, CA — A 65-year-old Army veteran filed a lawsuit this month after he was assaulted during a traffic stop. Gregory Gross was in handcuffs and complying with officers when he was slammed to the ground and his neck broken.

Gross filed the lawsuit earlier this month and the body camera footage was released shortly after. The hard to watch video shows officer Joshua Jackson slamming the elderly handcuffed man to the ground, breaking his neck in a move officers referred to a “pain compliance.”

  1. At least 10 years in prison for these bastards. I saw the victim is suing but where are the criminal charges against the police officers?

  3. orks. they are agents of the state. they care not for anyone not a fellow ork. avoid orks as well as muslins, blacks, jews nothing good comes from any interactions with them.

these orks involved here need to receive the very same treatment to the point of their neck snapping. no pension, nothing. the entire chain of command as well.

This behavior continues as there are no consequences for their, orks, actions. it will continue till that changes. FFF/22BOH

  4. Make every single one of those officers financially responsible for this. Make them so poor they wear old news papers for clothes.
Same for the medical staff. That kind of disregard for an injured person should qualify them to work picking up trash along the highways for the next decade or two.

  5. On second thought, take officer Jackass, strap him in a chair, protect his skull, then have his chief and the patrol supervisors beat him to death with a hammer.
Have them pick numbers when they are escorted in. After five minutes, if they are not aggressively beating him, shoot the low number donut muncher in a manner that doesn't kill him, then explain that in five more minutes another officer will be getting his balls blown off.

  6. military trained cops doing what they were trained to do. We are the enemy. gone forever are the days of the neighborhood beat officer friendly who knew everybody & everybody knew him.

  7. Thought they were only allowed to do that with blacks.
Need laws that make cops personally responsible for their ass holery.

  8. Unbelievable. One would hope this Vet has relatives or sons who will take physical action against these cops. Fuck the lawsuits, extreme pain and incapacitation gets more attention amongst the remaining cops.

    1. there nothing like some asshole blood on the ground to get the point across.
law suits never seem to hurt the ones that need it- the taxpayers pay the bill thru the city shit or something insurance . long time ago some eye doc was kidding about getting sued for dad falling out of the chair on wheels, I told him "we don't sue people, we beat them instead" he said in return, I rather pay the money !

  9. the Live Free or Die tat on the SS officer was rather ironic.

everyone says cops like this are not the norm bit the exception, but the rest just stand there and watch like the one guy in the video did... are they good cops or just complicit???

everybody talks about how black people have been treating cops in the last few years. blacks and lower class whites have endured this kind of treatment from cops for decades. I know cause I grew up in a black neighborhood and saw this kind of shit all the time from the good ole boys in blue. eventually you start shooting first. we have arrived at eventually

And return the favor and more

  11. Thus the result of qualified immunity. That ruling has created the spineless cowards we see time and again abusing anyone they please because they think they are protested by it.

Then, the police have the utter gall to wonder out loud why a good majority of people, not just minorities, call for policing reform and/or defunding.

  12. Something tells me that ole Josh conducts himself in that manner on a daily basis, he seemed to really enjoy hurting that old guy. I also saw somewhere in one story that he "left" the police department in February of 2021. For some reason.

Most LEO are pretty good people and some are exceptional but the Joshua Jacksons of the world just seem to be in the LE field because otherwise they'd probably be in prison.

No they're not. Maybe 40 years ago but not today... and I know quite a few. There is a reason why 99% of a cop's friends are other cops. Cops today have an overwhelming US vs THEM mentality and they look down on THEM as inferiors.
This was demonstrated by this story.
I have reached the point where I want no interaction with any law enforcement person even on a social basis.

  13. This kind of crap is getting out more and more. And cops wonder why they’re being gunned down? Really?

  17. It's called "Cuff 'em and Fuck 'em" and it's the favorite game of little sociopaths with badges. Breaking the public trust with a badge on should be automatic life in prison with no parole.

  18. WOW where are the protests, where are the riots? This looks exactly like our Lord and Savior George Floyd all over again. With the exception the Vet does not have enough illegal drugs in his system to kill an elephant. I guess that one cop can look at his tat on a daily basis, right up until the point he Epsteins himself in his cell.

  20. It's amazing someone these assholes abused doesn't return the favor one fine day.
Or maybe they do; we just don't hear about it.
I'd go gunning for ANY motherfucker did that to me or mine, uniformed or otherwise.
