Jail wasn't so bad after all, huh?

BLOUNTVILLE, Tenn. (WJHL) — Two of three inmates who escaped from the Sullivan County Jail Friday morning were confirmed to have died after a multi-county pursuit in North Carolina.

According to the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation (SBI), Tobias Carr and Timothy Sarver were both confirmed dead following a weekend police chase that ended in Brunswick County.

  1. Running from the cops is never a good idea. It is the one in a hundred that gets away, and at least 50 of the remainder are killed or suffer injuries (including getting roughed up when they are caught).

    1. I listen to sheriff's repeaters. Over half successfully get away here.

  2. It might have had a more "exciting" ending, but both the dead cons were white.
