#10 Liberty county GA. The RR was notorious for pulling too many cars for the load-out docks at Ft Stewart. The RR would store the excess on near-by spurs and send an engine out the next day to swap the empty cars from the base with the loaded ones from the spurs. They blocked the road more than a few times.
