    #2 - I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that there's a guy taking this video and he's feeling a bit of pressure. Call me crazy but I smell a set-up.

    #10 Liberty county GA. The RR was notorious for pulling too many cars for the load-out docks at Ft Stewart. The RR would store the excess on near-by spurs and send an engine out the next day to swap the empty cars from the base with the loaded ones from the spurs. They blocked the road more than a few times.
