Tennessee bill looks to strip visitation rights from those who do not pay child support

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — A new bill is drawing attention across Tennessee. 

If approved, HB1866 would strip visitation rights from parents who have not paid child support for three years.

That's fine, now introduce a bill that says fathers don't have to pay child support to women who won't let them see their kids.
