Tennessee student indicted for selling firearms to NYPD undercover officer

CLARKSVILLE, TN (WSMV) – New York City Police indicted a Clarksville college student for selling 73 firearms to an undercover officer.

On Wednesday, Bronx District Attorney Darcel D. Clark announced the indictment of 23-year-old Shakor Rodriguez, originally from the Bronx, NY. Rodriguez, attending Austin Peay State University, has been indicted on hundreds of counts of criminal sale of a firearm, criminal possession of a firearm, and related charges for trafficking 73 weapons and high-capacity magazines to the Bronx and Manhattan.

Now watch: Even though the article states that 59 of the 73 guns were loaded which tells me they were stolen, New York is going to scream that easy accessibility to guns in a Free State is to blame.

  1. Doesn't matter whether he was arrested or not. How do you say NO BAIL, WALK.

Talk about shooting yourself in the foot, pun intended.

  2. You are absolutely correct.
They cannot control their feral residents, so you, 800 miles away, must be made to account for their failures.
    Makes perfect sense.

  3. yup. they are going to push this shit as hard as they can. the end game for them is us without any weapons. way back before they passed the GCA OF 1968, mom made dad get 2 handguns and ammo for each of them. a colt 1911 and a 38 smith wheel gun for her. mom out shot dad a lot of times.
dad used a 1911 during the war, ww2 and korea so, he knew that gun. mom shot a 38 smith before the war and dad, so that is what she wanted. dad already had rifles and a couple of shotguns. I never forgot what she said, if they trying to ban them, we will need them as they have plans we will not like without them. there are 2 ways to get people to do what you want them to do, one is to ask and hope they do it, or force them to do it. having a handgun removes the second option she said. she was a wise lady.

  4. So this "operation" was conducted over an 18 month period and all they have to show for it is the arrest of one guy? And they still have no clue as to how he obtained any of the 73 guns? Was China Joe's crackhead offspring in charge of this op?

  5. NYS and NYC have their heads in their asses when it comes to Second Amendment rights. That jackass Andrew Cuomo had the SAFE law passed which made AR-15s and more than 10 round magazines illegal in this state, and the jackasses in the anti-gun courts here, both state and federal, illegally don't follow the precedent of the US Supreme Court in Heller v DC and McDonald v Chicago and claim that the SAFE Act is Constitutional.

Instead of making the purchase of firearms difficult or impossible for the citizen with a clean record, simply keep that legal and increase the penalty of a crime committed with a firearm to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Also, a felon in possession of a firearm gets automatic life without parole. But most of all enforce these laws without any plea bargain. This draconian law should only apply to a real functional firearm. I am also in favor of life in prison for anyone using a knife in the commission of a crime where the victim is stabbed or slashed or otherwise injured by the weapon.

Well, yeah. Can't be saying that mystery meat such as the accused might be to blame. And in case anyone is wondering, he looks more "Shakor" than "Rodriguez". But don't take my word for it, see for yourself:

  9. Odds are all the guns were either stolen or bought off the streets.

  10. I think someone went shopping for a crime. Looking at pictures of the accused I don't think they put too much effort into it,
