    1. The bike is very poorly designed, the weight of the passenger is too far back.

  5. The first thing that I ever saw in my life that really impressed me was when a furnace operator licked his finger, then ran it through a stream of pouring steel, at about 3,000 degrees F.
Now, at 61, #9, with the guy jumping the car with his POS car comes close to being impressive as well.

  6. #7 I did that. On my first sea trial the old hands set me up to help on whats called an anchor windless test. basically the anchor is dropped and reeled in to prove it works.
It was early April and cold. I was shown to slowly open the brake with that handle in the video and when it started to move to turn the handle down to slow it down.
    yeah, easy.
There were about 25 guys hanging around, just waiting for a laugh. I started to turn and after a few it just came hauling out of the deck and shooting down the hawser pipe.
    Like a freight train.
sparks were flying, paint chips, and dirt and I was like 2 feet away. My spotter came over and quickly clamped down on the wheel and put a hold on things. Every one was laughing. Took a minute but I laughed too.
Ill never forget it, probably 40 years ago.

    1. A bit more hardcore from sending you to the engine spaces for a bucket of steam, or putting you on mail-buoy watch!

  7. #4, there used to be a machinist who showed up at the big Tulsa gun show(been a couple of years since I've gone, don't know if he still shows) who had displays of miniature guns he'd made. Rifles, shotguns, handguns, machine guns that looked detail perfect and the actions worked.

    Beautiful work.

  8. #5 looks extremely painful. She's not even fat so can't blame it on that.

#8 is just asking to have the worst day of your life. Light bulbs detach at the most inopportune times.

    #10: Ticks! Ticks everywhere!
