Yeah, I don't see this happening in my lifetime

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Cannabis legislation has been introduced in the Tennessee General Assembly, again. The measures range from medical, decriminalization, and legalization of marijuana.

Tennessee is so far behind times that arrest reports and newspaper articles still refer to marijuana s a 'green leafy substance'.

  1. I think you mean that "Tennessee 'law' enforcement and legacy media are so far behind the times..."
Redneck boys out in the sticks been growing a lot for a very long time. Hell, TN native "Ryan Upchurch" smokes that shit on his vlog videos on youtube. I'm very sure it's tobacco, although I've never seen tobacco runs a guys eyelids to half-mast and slur their speech. They will never decriminalize it here, too much $$ is made on the black market to let the gov mess that up.

  2. There are many things great about living in the south but the drug laws aren't one of them. For the most part they are regressive and repressive to the citizens.
One day that will change but I agree with you, not in my lifetime

  3. Come on up to that money saving bridge and go to Harrisburg Il. Big nice all you can afford to by dispensary that will give you 20 percent off for being a vet and I will buy lunch.

  4. Ha, you describe it as that until lab results can confirm it's actually cannabis. I hated filling out evidence forms.

  5. Legalized marijuana will destroy a state. Please don't let it happen. Take it from me who is trying to escape from Fucktardistan. Oregon.

  6. You never know. Just look at Oklahoma that passed one of the most liberal marijuana laws in the nation.

  7. Why the fuck would you want decriminalize a drug that fucks up your life. Don't give me this bullshit about it being harmless and has many health benefits, fucking dopers just like other drug users they should be shot. I was one for almost 30 years. So happy to be off it and all other drugs, like speed and smack.

    1. TL;DR Are we making a distinction tween decriminalization and legalization?

  8. Same in Alabama, Mississippi, too.
Sure, "bills have been introduced"; but it won't happen.

  9. Yeah, it really is something to read y'all talking how great legalization is/how backwards your states. Yet staring you right in the face is examples from CA, CO, OR showing what a disaster legalization is.

What is it that makes otherwise intelligent, reasonable people ignore facts?
