You'd think the fact he was driving a Prius would've tipped them off

Police in Suffolk County says they have arrested a man accused of impersonating a police officer and conducting multiple fake traffic stops.

    1. People have been trained so thoroughly not to think, 'Wait a minute!'

    2. Plausible because there have been real cops (not many, but) who might pull this sort of crap.

    3. What I've been told if one has doubts about being pulled over by a fake cop is, call 911, give the dispatcher your vehicle type, plate # and location and ask if a police unit is also there. If the answer is 'no', then....

    I refuse to stop for any asshole in a prius, cop or not.
