Attorney General Knudsen Wins Nationwide Order To Halt Biden Immigration Policy

Following a lawsuit filed by Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen, a federal judge has blocked parts of President Biden’s immigration policy that drastically tied the hands of immigration officers and coincided with a drastic decrease in the number of deportations.

The nationwide preliminary injunction issued yesterday requires the Department of Homeland Security to resume deporting dangerous convicted criminals and those whom federal immigration courts have already ordered removal from the United States.

  1. Watch them drag their heels in carrying out the judge's order.

    1. Drag their heels, nope they will just out right violate the order knowing that there will be no repercussions.

  2. It’s crazy living near the border. High school kids from Phoenix are coming here to pick up illegals. They speed through my county at 100 MPH. A helicopter passes over my house daily. Border Patrol is working hard but the illegals are passed to ICE or DHS and essentially let go. The county prosecutor can only go after the US Citizens for reckless driving or failure to yield. Immigration Law is Federal. The federal prosecutor does nothing. Mayorkas says being in the country illegally is not a criteria for deportation.
