CNN: "Fuck this, we're outta here"

CNN announced on Friday it will stop broadcasting in Russia after Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law that will criminalize anyone sharing “deliberately false information about the actions of Russian military personnel in Ukraine.”

    I Russia they'll be put in prison for reporting the truth.
    Here in the US they'll also be put in prison for reporting the truth, so why travel that far from home?

    Well, I really can't blame them for pulling out, if CNN cannot do 'deliberately false", there's really no reason for them to hang around.

    For those who think the US should have the same law: do you really want that? Who decides what is misinformation and what is not? Remember, telling the truth about COVID was "misinformation"; telling the truth about Hunter's laptop was "misinformation"; telling the truth about Biden was "misinformation", and "Russia, Russia, Russia" was not misinformation (even though it was a fuckin' lie).
