January 6 Defendant Being Illegally Detained – Locked up More Than 80 Days With No Indictment

You don’t see this very often in federal court, but one of the January 6 (J6) Defendants, Lucas Denney, is being held illegally. He was arrested in Texas on December 13, 2021, and brought before a federal magistrate, who ordered him detained without bond on a criminal Complaint. It then took six weeks to transfer him to DC, where he is currently being held. He has not appeared before a federal judge in DC since his arrival, although that will change Monday afternoon as a result of his lawyer seeking his release.

  1. They are ALL illegally detained. The constitution requires bail - "no excessive bail" but they are denied any bail as if they qwere previously convicted mass murderers.

Everyone of them has been denied a speedy trial. Unfortunately, this is routine for the feds. Every USAG, every US Marshall, every Fed law enforcement type, participates in this shredding of the constitution every day they go to work. They know, or should know , that they are violaing the highest law off the land.

Having some jusdge OK these abuses does not excuse very other toady for selling out the American people for their paycheck. The constitution is written in some obscure language. It is written in plain english. When judges and attorney's turn "no excessive bail" into "no bail", and "speedy trial" into punishment with no trial, they have commited crimes. Every government employee who goes along with this charagde is committing a crime against the American people and deserves to hang.

    2. Somebody needs to kick that judge's ass and file a "speedy trial" motion. Judges allegedly hate them, but you never know.

  5. The head of the DC detention facility needs to be whisked away in the dead of the night to a non existent "holding facility" in Yemen. Never to heard from again. just gone!

    1. Fuck taking them anywhere. These traitors should be hauled outside in the daylight and hung summarily from the nearest light pole. DC should be lined from the Capitol to the surrounding
beltway with RINOs Liberal/Communists/Marxists (xyz) and any other grifters found roaming the halls of our sacred institutions. Just saying… have a great day!
