It's an election year, time to chump the stoners again. There's too much $'s for the "justice" system that'd dissolve if they couldn't milk the drug users.
The problem is they will do exactly what California did and tax it to the high heaven and the illegal trade will prosper. I do agree it should not be illegal, however they have already set the stage for corruption so look for the streets top become even less safe.
