Meanwhile, in the shithole I moved from:

CERES, Calif. — A homemade explosive device was found at baseball fields in Ceres while a softball tournament was going on, authorities said. 

Officers responded to George Costa Fields on Saturday at 3:43 p.m., the Ceres Police Department said in a release on Sunday.

That field is about an eighth of a mile from where I used to live on Joy Ave. The area is, or at least was, a quiet working class neighborhood, but it seems there's always some shit going on at that field, game or not.
