CERES, Calif. — A homemade explosive device was found at baseball fields in Ceres while a softball tournament was going on, authorities said.

That field is about an eighth of a mile from where I used to live on Joy Ave. The area is, or at least was, a quiet working class neighborhood, but it seems there's always some shit going on at that field, game or not.
