Harvey Marcelin, 83, who was convicted of two other killings in 1963 and 1984, was arrested late last week for the killing of Susan Leyden, 68, after she was allegedly caught on surveillance cameras dumping a body near her Cypress Hills apartment.

DeleteAnd this person was allowed to walk among others. With past murder raps, this person should have been locked away.
ReplyDeleteIts slowing down, only took it a year to murder a 2nd person after getting out of prison the 1st time, this time it took 2.5 years.

ReplyDeleteAs if that's not enough of a clue of a psyco, he 'becomes' a she. I suppose now the judges and lawyers and Dept of Corrections will give him a soft slap because of advanced age.
