According to investigators, Thomas Colucci, 41, dialed 911 last night and requested that a sheriff’s deputy be dispatched to his residence in Spring Hill, a Tampa suburb. Colucci explained that he needed someone to “test the methamphetamine” he had just bought.

ReplyDeleteAnd people wonder why it's called dope. I remember a instance back in the 80's where someone complained about their kilo of cocaine missing from their hotel room. They actually signed the property reciept for the uniformed officer while complaint that a large portion of their stash was missing. That is commercial grade stupid.
