California diversity law ruled unconstitutional by L.A. judge

A Los Angeles judge ruled Friday that California’s landmark law mandating that corporations diversify their boards with members from certain racial, ethnic or LGBT groups is unconstitutional.

The brief ruling granted summary judgment to Judicial Watch, a conservative legal group that sought a permanent injunction against the measure that was signed into law last year.

Somebody might want to alert Washington DC about this, considering they just confirmed a Supreme Court justice solely on the basis of diversity.

  1. Perhaps there should be a law requiring state legislatures to contain a majority of legislators who have brains, are capable of critical thinking, are ethical and moral, have a good knowledge of the US Constitution and their state's constitution, and not be a leftist f**k.

  2. Sounds to me like they're trying to incite racism. I thought we covered that back in the 60's?
