Florida Agriculture Commissioner Suing ATF Over Cannabis Prohibition on 4473

U.S.A. –-(AmmoLand.com)- Florida’s Agriculture Commissioner Nikki Fried has always been a bit of an enigma in the Sunshine State. She’s the only Democrat elected to statewide office. She’s running for governor against the popular Republican incumbent, Gov. Ron DeSantis, if she can make it through a tight Democratic primary. Her office oversees Florida’s Concealed Weapon and Firearm Licensing program, and she’s a former lobbyist for the cannabis industry and a vocal cannabis advocate.

    Well. A Judge in NJ said it was perfectly ok for an off duty cop to use cannabis, and they sort of have to fill out the same 4473 we do so... I'd say goose and gander, but I know how the world works.

    Nikki Fried is a socialist ass-hat. Who got elected over 'pot law reformation' but her real reason for getting elected was to screw over the CCW permit system, which she tried but got bitch-slapped hard over.

    She's nearly as useless as Charlie Crist.
