  1. It won't make any difference. The Demo cities in the State will still forbid carrying of weapons even if it violates the new carry law. Home rule and all that.......

    1. Not if Georgia has preemption - State Law wins over local law. Florida has preemption. We just can't get the south Florida RINOS to vote in Constitutional Carry, the fuckers.

    2. Georgia does have preemption. As a Georgian, I'm stunned, but pleased it passed.

  3. Words matter. Don't let the libtards call the shots. It's not "permitless carry", it's CONSTITUTIONAL CARRY. Because the 2A only says the GOVERNMENT shall not infringe our God given right.

    1. No, it's NOT Constitutional Carry if there are restrictions on it, such as age, etc.
Here in TN it's permitless carry because it only applies to those over 21 years of age.

    2. Annnd Chickenshit Tennessee GOP has killed true Constitutional Carry once again by sending it to "Summer Study". (Dirty Little Secret: There IS no "Summer Study"; it's where controversial bills are sent when legislators don't want to get pinned down on a vote for them. Last year, it was the "Heartbeat" abortion bill.)

I have yet to see a bill go into "Summer Study", emerge and become law. And in this case, true Constitutional Carry won't see any action until the Legislature meets in January, after the November elections.

A pox on them. I intend to vote against every incumbent on the ballot, or leave it blank if the only other choice is a Democrat.

    3. What Wirecutter said is correct.
The Constitution puts no restrictions on our 2nd Amendment rights so any law that restrictions firearms, our access to firearms, age restrictions for access to firearms or where we can carry or how we carry firearms is unconstitutional and therefore an illegal law.
Words matter so make sure you use the correct words

    4. Points taken and noted. My apologies for my ignorance, and all are correct. Whether or not we ever resurrect our Constitutional Republic will not be known for many years to come, and the interim "spicy times" are likely to be ugly beyond comprehension.
I do stand by my assertion that the evil PTB try to control the narrative by twisting the meaning of words. I was asked at a doctor's appointment this week if I was "vaccinated for Covid". I replied that there is no vaccine for Covid, and what they are calling a vaccine is no such thing. The nurse filling out my record just put "No" and didn't press the issue any further.

  4. Too bad Kemp didn't have the guts to look into the election fraud in Georgia and do something about it. Oh, he did, he went along with the Swamp. And here in Nebraska, our gutless Omaha and Lincoln came up with an excuse to not vote for Constitutional Carry. Law enforcement was against it so it didn't pass. Mostly Omaha wanted to be able to set their own rules and the hell with the rest of the state like usual.
