But those cutbacks would come from cities and local water districts, not the state, with members of Gov. Gavin Newsom’s administration saying allowing local retailers to set conservation needs is the best approach in a state of nearly 40 million people where water needs vary.
This ties in with that electric car thing from a few days ago.

ReplyDeleteYou'd think with all the solar and wind farms they'd be able to power quite a few desalination plants and not have an issue, but by all means put sardines before people in your evolutionary priorities!

ReplyDeleteMaybe if they deport all those brown skins they'd have enough water. Takes a lot of water flushing the toilet where 25 people are living.
