Right on

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KTXL) — Sacramento police said a man died after being run over while he allegedly tried to steal a catalytic converter early Monday morning.

Police said Rangel was allegedly tampering with the car that hit him, and they believe he was trying to steal the car’s catalytic converter before he was struck.

    1. You can expect a new Executive Order soon: all new vehicles need to have a safety device installed, allowing any of the democrats' favorites to push a button and the catalytic converter will fall in their hands, all nicely wrapped in environment friendly packaging.

  7. Great idea! If that happens to any of us just pretend you don't know he's there. Pull the vehicle forward and back several times until the thumping goes away then just go back inside. When the cops show up "say what?." "I never knew he was there."

  8. One could assume that the owner of the car got in to go where ever California people go early in the morning and did not know(or maybe did know) that there was a would be thief under the vehicle.
