That's got to be heartbreaking

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — It was an image of a teen reunited with his dog that captivated the hearts of millions, and the image did the exact same thing for a Senatobia woman but for a different reason.

A woman who says she is the mother of the teen spoke with WREG, and she says it has been a year since she has seen her son after reporting him missing last summer to Senatobia police.

  1. Ya know....I don't really care. Shheeeeaaattt, I'm so over these people that want their spawn to be under their thumbs. Cripes,we have numerous stories of teenagers going to war, leaving "der fatherland"and coming to America and becoming rich and folks getting married at 16 and 17 and creating family legacies for generations.
Yeah, yeah, the kid coulda been more subservient to the parents but then the parents could have been more aware of themselves instead of using the kid as their security blanket.
    Sigh

  2. There's a good reason he's not going home.
I have a friend who's mother was so bad both he and his younger brother ran away from her and chose to live under a bridge rather than go home. I met his mother and she was a total bitch. Wes was 40 at the time and you would think he was 5 the way she tried to boss him around.
