HARRIS COUNTY, Texas - In a statement, Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman says Xochitl Ortiz is fired and was arrested by officers with his office and the sheriff's office following a joint investigation.
The alleged abuse happened on April 4 at an apartment complex in the 23900 block of Kuykendahl.
It is apparent to me that those who manage to graduate high school - even dead last - are put to work writing for online media outlets. The illiteracy is strong with them.

ReplyDeleteAfter reading this and its total lack of information I have a gut reaction that says the boys all wanted to be zapped. At 12 I would have thought it would be a really cool thing, the middle guy isn't going to let the older brother be tougher then him and the youngest, who gets beat up by the other two , is not going to chicken out, he will show them he is just as tough as they are. I base this on my three children and the things they did, if the oldest did it then they all wanted to show they were just as tough.
