Any herd of bovine (or goats or sheep or pigs) will drop what they're doing to investigate any unusual noise or event in or near their pasture. The musical talent, composition or even that its music, has zero to do with what's happening here. You could bang a pot with a stick, whistle, recite the Gettysburg address, whatever is loud and odd enough, they will come and watch.
I lived in a trailer literally across the street from a heard of Bison and Elk being raised by a Lottery winner. I'd be playing my piano out the window and they'd all be across the street pressed against the fence listening to stoned versions of Jerry Lee Lewis, Mozart, Bach, Harry Nillson, Rick Wakeman, etc. Animals love music - except for cats and guitars.
